The inspector who stopped by my house at Scripps Ranch is Ricardo, he is knowledgeable, and patient. He walked around the house with me and showed me many things (where there are termites, why, how can they be treated and develop a plan for me). Most importantly, he has civil engineering background so he knows what kind of after-treatment fixes are appropriate (Changing a big chuck of wood is not always the best thing to do. We have to consider the existing and future support of the weight on different angles). I like their termite fumigation and repair as whole package. Ricardo will itemized things so it became pretty clear. I am about to hire them.
Above all, Isabel and Veronica in the office are very cool ladies. They also, will treat customers with patient. They are very responsive about my request, too. The work has not started yet but I feel they can be trusted.
