Nix has a #1 Customer Service reputation for a reason! Isabel and Veronica in the office are wonderful, even to the point of answering customer emails after hours in the evening!! How often do you find that?
Nixtermite did our tenting/fumigation and got rid of the termites, and also got rid of the subterranean termites, and did repairs for damage caused by these pests, and they did it for a good price! Uriel’s team of Elmer & Fernando and the other fellows (whose names I didn’t catch) never took a break when they were putting up the tent or taking down the tent–these guys never stopped! When Uriel and his team took down the tent after fumigation was completed, they cleaned up everything and really paid attention to making things just like before. This is *wonderful* attention to detail, and I was one happy customer!!!
Special compliments go out to Eric Tomlinson, our inspector. Eric has been inspecting for, I think, 16 years, and he really knows his stuff. He is a very kind, respectful and polite man, and he was very thorough and explained what he found during his inspection. His follow up written inspection report, as well as the in-person explaining of how to prepare for fumigation was just as thorough, and while tenting-for-termites isn’t my favorite thing to do, we knew what to expect thanks to Eric and his excellent communication skills. Eric answered all of my questions, and when I had another concern, he made time to come out and see what’s what and to explain things. That is going the extra mile in customer service! I hold Eric in the highest regard–he is an exemplary employee who goes beyond what’s required in order to make sure Nix has happy customers!
