I called Wednesday morning to schedule an inspection and I was delighted that the lady that answered the phone understood the urgency I was in and scheduled it for the same day with an inspector by the name Ricardo between 12:30 & 1:30.
Inspector called me at 12:30 and informed me that he was running a bit late and he would arrive at 1:30.
1:30 exactly he arrived and started his inspection. After he finished his inspection he informed me that the house was not infected and no treatment needed but he did discover an old water damage that should have been addressed by the old roofing contractor.
Inspector told me that he will send me a repair estimate or I can repair it and call them back for re- inspection.
Inspector came back on Monday without me being there and re inspected the repairs.
Today I received the clearance report.
OMG I am so impressed with NIX. The inspector was honest and ethical. He didn’t try to sell a termite treatment because we are selling the house and need a clearance report.
