I scheduled NixTermite to come to my 19-yr old home to assess if we had any termite damage. The lead time was only about a week and today the inspector showed up on time as planned. Michael spent about 20-30 minutes for the entire inspection including answering my questions. He spent time in the attic as well as carefully surveying the outside of the house and patio cover. He offered advice on maintaining the patio cover and also about an upcoming paint project for the exterior of my home (to use gloss instead of flat for fascia boards and to replace one of them instead of sanding and patching it). He found no termite damage. I was relieved and am thankful for this free service and for the advice. Super job!
