Great service and refreshingly honest. We had a technician come out and do an inspection after seeing some termite signs. He walked us through the issues but said that it was nothing to worry about at this point and we did not have to tent any time soon (walking away from a sale is almost unheard of). We ended up going ahead with it since we had moved out and had some time before a new tenant moved in and it might be years before we could easily do it again (also gave us a great price)… I would 100% recommend them to anyone else in the future.
