I was almost happy. The owner is correct that I had someone else sign for me because I was out of town which is why I arranged to have the fumigation done when it was. That said the quote was given to me and the walk through done with me. I expressed to Chris I would have appreciated the company verbally pointing out to me that I needed to cut back my plants. He would have clearly seen I have expensive landscaping adjacent to my home. I don’t know too many people that read through the pages given to them. Yes shame on me for not reading it. But it is not like the disclosure is bolder in a different color or otherwise had any attention drawn to it. The owner did work hard to make me happy including discounting my bill to cover the expense of removal of my dead landscaping. So he did everything right except point out to me orally that the landscaping would die unless cut back. I just wish I had been told.
