Just about as painless and easy as an inspection could be. I needed a termite clearance for a refinance. Called on Tuesday and set up an appointment for Thursday. Daniel, the inspector, even called ahead to say he could come earlier, but I wasn’t at home. Appointment was scheduled for 2:30 and at 2:25 Daniel was ringing my doorbell. He explained thoroughly everything he needed to do and went to work. About 25 minutes later, after walking the exterior and checking both attics, he told me everything looked fine and was on his way. Very professional and so nice to see a business who cares about what they do and doesn’t try to upsell a bunch of stuff. I would highly recommend!!
