We chose Nixtermite based on Yelp reviews and from the estimate, to the work, I have been thrilled.
We ended up only needing some dry rot work on our patio cover, and with the estimate, were told, if we were handy, a lot of it could be done ourselves….honesty is a big plus, but with buying a house out of state and selling one, we just wanted to have it done.
The crew that came out to do the work was fantastic. They got all the work done, in the time they said it would be done, for the price quoted. We have dogs that use our yard, and they were very conscientious about picking up everything, nails, wood scraps, everything so that it wouldn’t be left behind.
Can’t say enough about them and highly recommend them.
