I’m a Realtor and I’ve used NixTermite for multiple jobs on my open escrows and I rate them at 5 stars hands down. They are always extremely responsive and accommodating to our closing dates. They’ll beat any price so there’s no question that pricing is awesome with them. In a few occasions I’ve had a chance to work with the owner Chris who’s a stand-up guy and takes pride in his business and clients. The whole staff is great. Thanks for the excellent service Nix.
