Termite Service Guarantee
Nixtermite, Inc’s Termite Service Guarantee includes an initial one-year service treatment warranty with the option of extending the warranty annually for an additional fee. Termite pre-construction treatments include a five-year service treatment warranty. One month before the warranty expiration date, a notice will be sent giving you the option to extend the warranty. If the warranty is extended, our office will arrange a thorough interior and exterior inspection of the treated structures by one of our licensed termite inspectors. If termite activity is discovered during our inspection, or at any time that the structure is under warranty, there is no additional charge for treatments made by NixTermite, Inc to control the termite activity. All termite warranties are fully transferable to new owners at no additional charge in the event that the house is sold.
Pest Control Guarantee
Our exclusive PEST ELIMINATION PLAN is designed to maintain a pest-free environment in and around your home by providing regular service treatments. If additional service is needed in addition to our regularly scheduled treatments, there will never be an additional charge for extra treatments. Our goal is to provide you not only with the best treatment, but also with the best guarantee in the business! If at any time our service does not meet your expectations we will provide a refund for any service performed for which you were unsatisfied. (A One time or an service) We offer this money back guarantee because we are convinced that we have the most effective treatment and monitoring program the pest control industry has ever offered.
Price Match Guarantee
At Nixtermite, Inc we guarantee that we will, “Meet or Beat” any competitor’s price. If any termite company provides you with an estimate for the treatment of termites (Drywood and Subterranean) or termite repairs (Fungus or termite) at a cost less than Nixtermite for the same treatment or repairs, we will meet or beat their estimate*. Guaranteed!!
In order to provide a revised estimate to “meet or beat” our competitor’s price, we require a copy of the report and estimate from the competitor we are matching. Items to be matched must compare to recommendations provided by Nixtermite. Nixtermite will only provide a matching or better price estimate than a competitor as a one (1) time offer only. This is done as a good faith effort for the benefit of our customers to secure the best rate for their budget. However we reserve to right to cancel or withdraw our matching offer if the owner or their agent does not agree to the recommended work at the reduced rate.
