I am a landlord. I was referred by a friend to contact Nixtermite in Bonita ca. the person that answer the phone was very polite and nice and I specifically asked for Ricardo. I set up an appointment w/Ricardo to come to my tenants address to do an estimate for termites! Ricardo was fast and on time, not only he was fast but when my tenants cancelled on me twice he came back both times without issue!! What a guy, thumbs way up!!!

I called Wednesday morning to schedule an inspection and I was delighted that the lady that answered the phone understood the urgency I was in and scheduled it for the same day with an inspector by the name Ricardo between 12:30 & 1:30. Inspector called me at 12:30 and informed me that he was running a bit late and he would arrive at 1:30. 1:30 exactly he arrived and started his inspection. After he finished his inspection he informed me that the house was not infected and no treatment needed but he did discover an old water damage that should have been addressed by the old roofing contractor. Inspector told me that he will send me a repair estimate or I can repair it and call them back for re- inspection. Inspector came back on Monday without me being there and re inspected the repairs. Today I received the clearance report. OMG I am so impressed with NIX. The inspector was honest and ethical. He didn't try to sell a termite treatment because we are selling the house and need a clearance report. I truly recommend Nixtermite

Where do I begin... With the quick responses I received from my email questions from Isabel and Jeannette or the personable and excellent professionalism of the Inspector, Travis.  From Start to finish Nixtermite impressed me.  The communications were spot on and if I had any questions they were answered promptly and guidance was  provided.  Travis was stellar, a true professional.  He explained the process and the quote.  He even offered suggestions as to what methods were best for the repairs that needed to be done.   Travis went above and beyond to assist with an issue my lender had.  The crew that came to my home to complete the repairs requested to work on Saturday to complete the repairs ahead of schedule.   When you're in a time crunch to get it all done and completed for mortgage purposes this is the team you want   If ever I need your services again or know of anyone that might require them, I sure will be calling and spreading the word! I had an issue with spiders in my backyard. In less than 24 hours after contacting Veronica from Nix, someone was at my house to treat the problem. Ricardo was professional and very quick. He sprayed the backyard and the perimeter of the house in about 5-10 minutes. I haven't seen any bugs since! I will definitely be using Nix again for any pest control needs and will highly recommend them to all my neighbors!

Their inspector came on time and explain the options of local treatment vs. tenting the house. I used NixTermite to provide clearance for my VA refinance. Everyone in the office was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I received an email with the inspectors photo which was very helpful. My inspector, Ricardo arrived on time, was very informative and patient in answering all my questions. When Hector Villegas and Guillermo came to my property to complete the repair, they were very thorough, clean and polite. When they finished at the end of the day it was like nobody had been there. I scheduled NixTermite to come to my 19-yr old home to assess if we had any termite damage. The lead time was only about a week and today the inspector showed up on time as planned. Michael spent about 20-30 minutes for the entire inspection including answering my questions. He spent time in the attic as well as carefully surveying the outside of the house and patio cover. He offered advice on maintaining the patio cover and also about an upcoming paint project for the exterior of my home (to use gloss instead of flat for fascia boards and to replace one of them instead of sanding and patching it). He found no termite damage. I was relieved and am thankful for this free service and for the advice. Super job!

We chose Nixtermite based on Yelp reviews and from the estimate, to the work, I have been thrilled. We ended up only needing some dry rot work on our patio cover, and with the estimate, were told, if we were handy, a lot of it could be done ourselves....honesty is a big plus, but with buying a house out of state and selling one, we just wanted to have it done. The crew that came out to do the work was fantastic. They got all the work done, in the time they said it would be done, for the price quoted. We have dogs that use our yard, and they were very conscientious about picking up everything, nails, wood scraps, everything so that it wouldn't be left behind. Can't say enough about them and highly recommend them. Thank you!

Just about as painless and easy as an inspection could be. I needed a termite clearance for a refinance. Called on Tuesday and set up an appointment for Thursday. Daniel, the inspector, even called ahead to say he could come earlier, but I wasn't at home. Appointment was scheduled for 2:30 and at 2:25 Daniel was ringing my doorbell. He explained thoroughly everything he needed to do and went to work. About 25 minutes later, after walking the exterior and checking both attics, he told me everything looked fine and was on his way. Very professional and so nice to see a business who cares about what they do and doesn't try to upsell a bunch of stuff. I would highly recommend!!

I had a very tight schedule when I did the buyer inspection. Chris tried his best to put my time period in a tight schedule. Finally his staff still finished inspection and gave me a professional report on time ! For some reason from the seller, it's a pity that I don't have the chance to do termite clearance with Chris. But I think, I would like to invite Chris help me do the clearance work when I sell the house in the future! And I would recommend Nixtermite to anyone needing a termite inspection!

I used Nixtermite because of the great reviews on Yelp and I was not disappointed. We just bought a new home and an inspection had been done by another company during escrow so we knew there was a termite problem. Daniel did our inspection and he was great to work with. He explained where the problem areas were, told us we needed to tent, and offered us solutions for areas that couldn't be treated by Nix. When I had questions regarding the inspection he responded and explained things to me. The tenting price was cheaper than our other quote and the process couldn't have gone more smoothly. Since the house was empty, I just left the front door unlocked and the house was tented without me being there. When I reentered the house after the fumigation it was the same as I had left it. Having a house fumigated can be a painful process but Nix made it easy. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a termite inspection and fumigation.

Great service and refreshingly honest. We had a technician come out and do an inspection after seeing some termite signs. He walked us through the issues but said that it was nothing to worry about at this point and we did not have to tent any time soon (walking away from a sale is almost unheard of). We ended up going ahead with it since we had moved out and had some time before a new tenant moved in and it might be years before we could easily do it again (also gave us a great price)... I would 100% recommend them to anyone else in the future.

Nix has a #1 Customer Service reputation for a reason! Isabel and Veronica in the office are wonderful, even to the point of answering customer emails after hours in the evening!! How often do you find that? Nixtermite did our tenting/fumigation and got rid of the termites, and also got rid of the subterranean termites, and did repairs for damage caused by these pests, and they did it for a good price! Uriel's team of Elmer & Fernando and the other fellows (whose names I didn't catch) never took a break when they were putting up the tent or taking down the tent--these guys never stopped! When Uriel and his team took down the tent after fumigation was completed, they cleaned up everything and really paid attention to making things just like before. This is *wonderful* attention to detail, and I was one happy customer!!! Special compliments go out to Eric Tomlinson, our inspector. Eric has been inspecting for, I think, 16 years, and he really knows his stuff. He is a very kind, respectful and polite man, and he was very thorough and explained what he found during his inspection. His follow up written inspection report, as well as the in-person explaining of how to prepare for fumigation was just as thorough, and while tenting-for-termites isn't my favorite thing to do, we knew what to expect thanks to Eric and his excellent communication skills. Eric answered all of my questions, and when I had another concern, he made time to come out and see what's what and to explain things. That is going the extra mile in customer service! I hold Eric in the highest regard--he is an exemplary employee who goes beyond what's required in order to make sure Nix has happy customers! Nix is an awesome company with even more awesome employees!!!

i called NixTermite for my VA termite inspection. They were quick and took care of all my needs. I was initially quoted 75 dollars. When the inspector got here he let me know that I would be charged less because I was in a townhouse. If I wasn't told I would have paid the 75 dollars and never thought twice about it. I was almost happy. The owner is correct that I had someone else sign for me because I was out of town which is why I arranged to have the fumigation done when it was. That said the quote was given to me and the walk through done with me. I expressed to Chris I would have appreciated the company verbally pointing out to me that I needed to cut back my plants. He would have clearly seen I have expensive landscaping adjacent to my home. I don't know too many people that read through the pages given to them. Yes shame on me for not reading it. But it is not like the disclosure is bolder in a different color or otherwise had any attention drawn to it. The owner did work hard to make me happy including discounting my bill to cover the expense of removal of my dead landscaping. So he did everything right except point out to me orally that the landscaping would die unless cut back. I just wish I had been told.

The inspector who stopped by my house at Scripps Ranch is Ricardo, he is knowledgeable, and patient. He walked around the house with me and showed me many things (where there are termites, why, how can they be treated and develop a plan for me). Most importantly, he has civil engineering background so he knows what kind of after-treatment fixes are appropriate (Changing a big chuck of wood is not always the best thing to do. We have to consider the existing and future support of the weight on different angles). I like their termite fumigation and repair as whole package. Ricardo will itemized things so it became pretty clear. I am about to hire them. Above all, Isabel and Veronica in the office are very cool ladies. They also, will treat customers with patient. They are very responsive about my request, too. The work has not started yet but I feel they can be trusted.
