Called Nix and scheduled and appointment for 5 days later. Inspector showed up on time and was courteous and professional. He gave us an honest answer of the status of our home and the result was good news for us. He was informative about termites and damage. He offered optional services and his companies solutions to fix damaged areas. No hard selling, just honest answers. Thanks NIX. I will use this service again.
