Last week we needed a termite inspection for or VA refi mortgage loan. I saw Nixtermite on YELP – with their awesome history of 5-Star ratings. I want to add our 5-stars to the list.
I called – and they came out, all the way to Descanso, in only two days. Their inspector was right on time. They had given us his picture and credentials in advance. True professional. We couldn’t be happier. He did a thorough job – and had the inspection report back to us the next day. Thank you NIX!
